Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

We want you to love what you buy from us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy return or refund process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Items must include all tags, accessories, and original invoice.

  • Certain products such as personal care items, perishable goods, or custom-made orders are not eligible for return for hygiene or customization reasons.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@happiestcarts.shop with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm the eligibility and guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.

  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the issue.
We will offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on product availability.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider (processing time varies).
    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@prasthan.shop.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order can only be processed as a return after delivery.
